unloading Polaris Rangers and RZRs

All our motorcycles, quads, PWCs, scooters, etc are delivered throughout the year by truck. Most of the side-by-sides are in crates, but the Polaris Rangers and RZRs are driveable and come in a double decker semi.

First get the ramps off the side of the trailer.
Then get the uprights out of the back.
Poor driver has to work bent over when inside the trailer.

Halfway there. Such a labor intensive process
just for 1 RZR.

The drivers do this at every stop,
up to 5 times a day. Tough way to make a living.

All set to drive a unit off the top deck.

Polaris now at Costco!

Good news - Polaris has been added to the Costco Auto Program! That means you can save big bucks by showing your Costco card when you purchase a qualifying new unit at Tracy Motorsports.

We currently have Polaris units in the Livermore and Manteca Costcos and will be putting one in the Tracy Costco by mid next week. So if you're nearby, stop in and take a look, then come by the store and check out the excellent savings on the qualifying unit of your choice.

Bean Fest 2013

Good old Tracy has a Dry Bean Festival every September full of vendors, terrible-for-you-but-really-yummy food, carnival rides, bands. You could have your palms read, buy a new car, get a spray tan, pose with a guy in a monkey suit, and sit on our bikes. This year we took a RZR XP 900, a CBR250R and a little Honda 50. Something for everyone. They all drew a lot of attention and many photos were taken of little kids on the 50.

The next place we'll be is at Carnegie Visitor Appreciation Day, Sunday October 20th. Free entry for everyone, lots of vendors, hill climb demos, food booths, and TMS with lots of bikes, quads and UTVs. Don't miss it!

customer profile - Mike Silva

Mike and his extended family were in recently to purchase two Polaris side-by-sides - also known as UTVs or utility vehicles.
Mike and his sister started riding dirt bikes as kids, racing around from one friend's house to another. Eventually they switched over to quads and then added side-by-sides. They also played around on personal watercraft for many years.
He's purchased a lot of units from TMS over the years, the latest being a Polaris RZR Jagged X for himself and a RZR XP 900 for his sister in the middle of May. At home in the garage are a Yamaha  Raptor 700, a Raptor 660, a Banshee 350, and a CRF450. Jerry is his salesman and they go way back to when Mike bought his first PWC from Jerry back in 1998.
Mike's favorite places to ride are Pismo Beach, and in Nevada at Walker River because both places are quad and kid friendly. The lack of rules in Nevada is a real plus in his opinion, allowing him to use both red and green sticker units year round.
Mike and his family love off road riding because it's something all ages can enjoy, it's outdoors in the fresh air, and once you make the initial purchases, it's pretty economical to take off for a weekend of riding. Mike's a Tracy Motorsports fan because the employees are a friendly bunch and he gets decent deals on units and parts.
